A Big Announcement!

Now I could have just used the title to get your attention for something that is in all honesty not that big a deal. But unlike modern news sites, I don't use "headlines" dishonestly.

This really is a big announcement!

If you are reading this and you are a member of Gospel Hope Church, then you already know this, but for everyone else here it is:

Tyler and Amanda Zimmerman, with their 3 kiddos, will be moving to Puerto Rico to join Table Church Puerto Rico! They will be joining us in June. He will be serving Table Church in the role of Executive Pastor.

The Back Story

We became friends with Tyler and Amanda while living in Atlanta, GA. We moved to Decatur, GA in January 2023 to do a church planting residency with Gospel Hope Church. While there, Tyler was on staff doing anything and everything. He is a jack of all trades kind of guy. His family's main heart is for missions and they have been seeking the Lord's direction for their movement ever since we've known them. Tyler and I became really good friends as we worked and traveled together.

The Blessing

By God's grace, he has called their family to Puerto Rico to join us in this church plant endeavor. Tyler and Amanda coming will be a blessing in a thousand ways, but let me just mention a few...

• Tyler is similarly gifted with years of ministry experience that can establish and grow ministry movement

• He is gifted in music, teaching, preaching, and sports ministry

• Tyler is more bent toward the administrative than I am, probably due to all the mission trips he's had to lead

• Amanda is a servant-hearted, detail-oriented, get-it-done individual who will be a great help to our work here, especially with the homeschool co-op

• Tyler and Amanda are good friends who will bring encouragement and another perspective on the ground as we seek to work faithfully for God's kingdom here in Aguadilla

• Also, their kids are awesome!

Ways to Pray and Participate with the Zimmermans

• First, please pray for the Zimmerman fam as they make the transition to Puerto Rico. All sorts of challenges and unforeseen expenses can arise so please pray for their endurance and encouragement in the process of moving to this island.

• Would you pray and consider supporting Tyler and Amanda? They are still in the process of being fully funded. They are moving here in June and so any gift you give to them will be a huge help, especially in this season of moving.
